The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything, it was very modern and supplied everything that we needed. It was the little touches and you can see the effort they put into the apartment for example leaflets. The bed was very comfy, the couch was comfy and I like how there was a smart tell in living room. It was right in the middle of the centre, very handy as when we was going out everything was around us. Was absolutely perfect! When I first arrived at the property we had an issue with getting inside as the code didn’t work, I rang customer service and she helped me straight away, very polite and lovely to spoke too. Overall I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again if I was going to Shrewsbury :)

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well stocked and in a fantastic location. It was on the first floor with a fairly narrow staircase and no lift so just be aware. It was very spacious with a lovely outdoor decking. (unfortunately renovations in the building next door meant that we could'nt use it for safety reasons but the apartment is so roomy it was'nt an issue) Parking was provided just a few minutes walk away for 10 pounds a night which was extremely handy as parking in Shrewbury can be difficult. I would definitely recomend this apartment.
