The courtyard garden was a little oasis in the middle of the city. Rooms were lovely, and modern. The staff were fantastic, particularly Giovanni who helped us with our car when we did the Theth - Valbonë trek. They also made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving so early. The coffee is amazing too! Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Great room - size, cleanliness, air con. We were a family of 3 and therefore given a small suite. Tastefully decorated. Good shower and bathroom. Most of all the hotel staff - the young lady on reception (11 Aug) was amazingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Provided good tips and guidance. Parking secure across street. Walkable to main centre in 10 mins
