Host immediately came over when I had issues with the washing machine. Location was perfect as it was in the middle of the old town, accessible to everything. Restaurant staff below assisted me with our heavy luggage.

The apartment is very centrally located, large, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was good. The apartment is on the top floor of a restaurant, which is very busy at night. It's separate from the restaurant. Unfortunately, the shower was a problem. When I finished, the entire bathroom was flooded, and water was pouring out of the bathroom into the kitchen. I had to spend almost an hour draining the water and drying the floor. I told the owners, and they were attentive, which wasn't necessary because I didn't shower again.
