This is a hard place to rate. Jurgen is simply the nicest young man you could hope to meet. This is a bit of and old guy thing to say but his parents should be proud of him. He waited for us until late because of a rental car issue in Tirana and greeted us warmly despite the late hour. The big pluses are the location, space and price. It is not the fanciest street but close to all you need. We came back 3 days later and early check-in was no problem. The technology (wifi etc) is all modern and functions well.

Great views from the ( closed in) verandah. . Fifth floor so nice and breezy often enough. Very nice bedroom and lounge. Very hot water. Walking distance from central city. Very good contact with host, he kept in close touch as the apartment is a little hard to find. And carried my heavier bag up. Nice guy !

Fantastic value for money. Very calm and kind owner. He even picked me up when I went to the wrong place. He explained many things to me and recommended great restaurants.
