The cottage was very spacious and modern. Little private secure patio and a raised lawn. The Owner is delightful, but beware, he likes to drink my Hawstone cider 😉

Location, peace and quiet, comfortable, host on hand on the farm if any issues, which there weren't, but still handy. Christmas decorations all over the house, a beautiful touch. Nice outdoor space, good parking, high spec conversion with all mod cons, underfloor heating etc. Personal touch, bottle of fizz in the fridge on arrival. Handy guide book packed with info on the local area, attractions, pubs, restaurants, takeaways etc etc.
