The location is in a forest, 30min hike to Buzludja. Decent hotel, former presidential residence, communist posh. Restaurant is opulent. The lady working there was lovely and very service oriented.

Amazing location in a forest, off the ride, with quick access to multiple tourist routes and in the very foot of Buzludzha peak. Tastefully renovated to bring a modern feeling to the old Todor Zhivkov residence, preserving the signature carved wood ceiling in the restaurant. The restaurant itself offered a pleasant surprise with its delicious local and seasonal specialties.
