It was nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable beds and a nice living room, plus a lovely shower. The owner was very courteous and helpful in his communication.

The house was very clean and a perfect size to stay with the family for a few days. Convenient for the centre of Durham, only a 5 minute drive. We had a great time and will stay again when we visit again.
