Zu-Zu has actually been my best stay so far in India. The host is really amazing and she also guided me with the places I could visit. 10 on 10 as the hot water is available and the rooms are clean and tidy. There is kitchen as well if you grab your bite from outside, you can heat it up in the microwave.
