Everything about Willow Banks is good. The food is great, they have a superb restaurant and cafe for dinners with music. The rooms have great facilities.

The property itself has some age and character about it. The view from our room (305) was excellent. It’s a good location distance wise, although it’s a very steep 10 minute climb up to the hotel. The day manager spoke pretty good English, but the rest struggled. But you can get by.

Value for money. The rooms were spacious and we'll maintained. Bathroom was spic and span. Bed was comfortable. Room amenities provided were good. Location of the hotel is really good as it is just walkable distance to the Mall Road.
