The manager maintained regular follow-up during my train journey, which was reassuring. The hotel also arranged a pickup from the railway station, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Both the manager and staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. The hotel further arranged a car for sightseeing, as well as for my onward journey to Manali, including local sightseeing there. Finally, they also organized my drop-off back to the railway station. The car charges were reasonable. The driver was particularly commendable—polite, professional, and honest—making the overall travel experience comfortable and pleasant.nest.

First thing was dirty bedding. That was changed but not acceptable that I had to ask. Room was damp and smelt mouldy. Mould on ceiling and walls Bathroom extract fan not working I developed a cough over the two nights I was there. Had to ask for a towel Breakfast pretty ordinary. Nice omelet with 3 bits of dry bread Second night wifi dropped off so was not able to book my next destinations accomodation. In fairness Shimla was cold and damp so that probably didn't help Reasonably close to The Mall

I like staff behaviour they are very helpful.they guide us .they treated us like a family members
