We stayed at this property during our visit to Shimla and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is about 3–4 km away from Mall Road, situated in a quiet residential society. It was refreshing to be away from the usual hustle and bustle—perfect if you're looking for some peace and calm during your trip. The property is a homestay setup, where the owners live on the upper floors and guest rooms are located below. It’s important to keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so don't expect full-scale hotel-like facilities. That said, our host Sarthak was very cooperative and made efforts to accommodate our requests. Whether it was arranging certain items or answering our queries, he was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Quiet, polite staff, rooms are not clean but the decoration is beautiful. Contacting room service, no internal phone. Overall, everything is very good.
