My stay at Windermere Resort Shillong was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The food was also very good. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing experience — would love to visit again.

Fantastic location and room layout. Very quiet and away from the city bustle. Located on top of a hill, easy to locate. Staff was very friendly, room amenities excellent. Our suite had a large terrace as well as a balcony with a nice view. Very tastefully decorated large suite with a dinig table, 3 sofas and ample space for a spare bed.66Two radiators in the room provided adequate heating for the night temperatures of 6-8 Deg C. Their cafe serves excellent food, though the menu is limited.
