I had a great stay and would definitely come back here again! The hospitality is incredibly good. The host took a lot of time to explore the natural surroundings with me, we had many good conversations and he has helped me with my ongoing travel plans. The location was great - right next to a forest and close to Shillong Peak Viewpoint. The room and the roof terrace have a great view over the city.

Especially the location is fabulous and behaviour of the staff is mind-blowing. If I visit the place again I definitely would prefer to stay this place. Nonetheless, the facility of the accommodation is also good.

Tucked away in a corner of the city, Shanti Sojourn is clean and comfortable homestay in Shillong. With a smiling and considerate staff, clean rooms, and a serene location, the property lives up to it's name - Shanti. For Chanrei, the sweet and humble manager, who is a complete all-rounder, the comfort of his guests is a top priority.
