The staff was very hospitable. We always used to leave very early for site seeing but still staff did not fail to give us breakfast. Whenever we asked them, at whatever time, they packed it for us. Even the taste of the food was amazing.

Everything was fabulous. Room was quite big and very neat and clean. Comfortable bed, good dressing area, clean washroom with hot water, good sofa set, spacious balcony with well maintained plants, big walkin wardrobe, what more you could ask for. Thanks to the host and caretaker for an absolute lovely stay.

The best place I found out in Shillong. The location was not at all difficult to find. The place is well equipped with almost everything. Quality room heater, android television, dining space cum living room, iron table, quality bathing details.

I had a wonderful stay at Eastland Bed and Breakfast and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was extremely spacious and beautifully set up, with an adjoining living/dining area and plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. Everything felt thoughtfully planned and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, and a big highlight for me was the heater — absolutely perfect for Shillong’s winter cold. The quilt was warm, the bed was comfortable, and every small detail had been taken care of. From shampoo and washing soap to hangers and the right-sized heater, nothing felt overlooked. It genuinely felt like a home rather than just a place to stay. Breakfast deserves a special mention. Stephanie, the host, adds a lovely personal touch and ensures you’re well taken care of. There’s also a helper available if you need anything, which makes the stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The location is another big plus — right in the heart of the city, close to all basic amenities, with a petrol pump just across the road. Parking is available underneath the building, and given Shillong’s narrow spaces, it was quite convenient and spacious. Overall, this was a brilliant stay — excellent comfort, thoughtful hospitality, great location, and very good value for money. Nothing at all to complain about. I’d happily stay here again.
