Very friendly, relaxed and informal, Sean was great, really nice guy, this is no frills good accommodation and its clean, I would use again of in the area, for the money its good value.

Comfortable room and beds. The common room/breakfast room is great, there are even heated drying racks , microwave, toaster,kettle. Sean is the best host ever!

The bedroom was exceptional, very clean and comfortable, had a great nights sleep. The self service communal kitchen is such a great asset to the accommodation, its so relaxed and easy to use, it like home from home. Sean knows how to treat his guests and how to leave them at ease.
