There is an additional charge of GBP 15 per night.When booking the Double or Twin Room with Private Bathroom, please request your preferred bed type.The property is located just past Sheringham roundabout, towards to Cromer, about 400 meters on to your left before the Budget convenience store.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Close to beach, town & station, easy to find, quiet location. I didn't have time for breakfast - but the self-serve laid out in the kitchen seemed to be as advertised.

The location is really good. Easy walk to coast or to travel to local tourist places. Was also close to my friend’s house so I could walk to visit

Good peaceful location, walking distance to town centre. Friendly staff, we went to Sunday's Lighthouse Service to worship. Great service, the people were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would visit again if opportuned.
