Great location right in the centre of the town near the seafront. Very clean and well stocked, we did not cook at the cottage but would have been fine to do so. We got lucky with on street parking both times we needed to look for a space and because we were so central we did not have to move our car to get around very often at all.

Excellent location close to beach and High St. With both only a couple of minutes walk away Facilities at the cottage were first class and very comfortable and spotlessly clean

Avocet Cottage was modern and spotless. Towels were provided which was a great help as we travelled by train and didn’t want to bring too much luggage. The location was excellent! It was Close to the beach , high street and train station. We were pleased with everything. The only thing I would point out is the steps leading up to the front door may be tricky for some people.
