We received a warm welcome from Terri the owner. Tea and cream scone on arrival. Excellent and varied breakfast choices. Immaculate and spacious room and en suite bathroom. There was some traffic noise from the road outside but intermitent. Some muffled speaking could be heard at times from diners in the dining room below the bedroom. This did not affect us however or detract from our enjoyment. This is just an observation due to the question re noise.

From the minute we arrived Terri made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice from both hot and cold food. There was a lovely area downstairs where my kids and I could relax and there was a vast selection of games for us to play. There was also an honesty bar! We stayed in the family room with two bedrooms and it was tastefully decorated and the beds were all very comfortable. We all had a brilliant night's sleep. There was a garden outside, we didn't get to use it but I can imagine in summer this would be a lovely addition. I'm looking forward to returning in the very near future.
