It's a really nice hotel, about 20 minutes walk or 10cny by taxi from the nearest metro station. The staff are really nice and friendly but unfortunately there was only one who spoke English the others relied on a translator tool. There are some small restaurants nearby as well as a KFC and Macdonalds. Most of the small restaurants you can point to what you want to order and they'll get it for you. Also there's a Walmart about 5 minutes walk away where you can also get some food by pointing to what you want. Breakfast is good and you get a choice of western and Chinese food.

I had an amazing stay! Xiao Mei at the front desk was incredibly helpful—answering all my questions promptly, handling check-in efficiently, and even sharing great local tips. Her warm smile and attentive service made me feel right at home. Kudos to her!
