I did a second trip to this Shenzen Futian Hotel Thumbs up to Kelly for helping at reception - she is very well converse in English Note of improvement to have better Menu - Specially VEGAN food very important

I loved it. Was very clean and modern. Their gym was fantastic. They also have this tea area in the executive floor where you can enjoy an excellent city view. The rooms where so well decorated, the interior was great

Excellent service. The lovely front desk manager was so incredibly helpful and friendly and she made us feel very welcome. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel for its great location, helpful staff, large rooms - especially the executive suites - and great facilities.
