Staff is friendly, had to wait a few minutes after arriving because my room was just in the cleaning process, room was spacious and clean, location was also very good with a lot of malls nearby

Cleanliness. Regular cleaning of the room. Location. Modern building. Polite staff. They accept bank cards. Elevator. There is a kitchen, but there is not enough kitchenware. There is a balcony and a washing machine - this is a plus. You can quickly wash things and dry them. It is located in a modern area with an abundance of public catering places. A minute from the metro.

The hotel is nice, modern and very spacious rooms, the personal is so nice. It is 4 mins walking to the subway line 1 wich in a few stops takes you to the main attractions. Only thing the instructions to get to the hotel for a foreigner are not so clear.

Good location in city centre next to shopping malls and metro station. My room was on 24th floor with nice view. Every day 2x 0.5 liter water was provided to the room free of charge. It‘s not a hotel in classical style. It‘s in an apartment building. Find the right building and entrance is a bit tricky. Take exit D from Gangxia metro station. Go through the pathway on the right side of the Windham Grand hotel. The building is just behind the Windham Grand. Take entrance B2. The reception is on 10th floor, room 1018. (See picture, door marked in red).

Spotless! Bedding and towels are white and very clean indeed. Towels are changed every day. Perfect location! Very well maintained indeed! A wonderful place to stay stay in Shenzhen. The metro is at 2 minutes walk. Very nice host and great staff.

2nd time staying here, still amazed with the place, this time I'd gotten 28th Floor, it is super duper nice and private. If you're a person who just wants to come and relax, this is the place. What I like about the room is the projector screen, definitely the best, having a big screen in front of the bed, definitely worth the relaxation, it's like in cinema, but this is with a bed and feels like private cinema. Beds are comfortable, the aircon is super cold. The front desk ladies will ask you to add their wechat, so it is easy for them to communicate, they will give you the address so you're easy to order takeout. I'm a lazy person, and I will always call for takeout.
