The fine print
Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept stag, hen or similar large group bookings. Please note: There is no reception. The property offers a self check in key box collection service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent check in details around 24/48hrs prior to arrival. If you have not received check in details 24hrs prior to arrival, please call 0114 3995100. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Quite Hours are between 22.00 and 09.00. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Everything was sparkling clean. Enough crockery, cutlery to make it worthwhile putting on dishwasher every 2 days. Smelled really fresh. Stayed there before and was really happy to find we had inadvertently booked same place as my sister booked 2 years previously! Good value.
