The room was lovely and spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom a good size. The continental breakfast was very good. The dinner menu was well thought-out and everything on there was tempting; the portion sizes were just right. We could not fault the staff in any way; they were professional, helpful and courteous.

Have stayed at the Florentine four times before. Staff are always friendly. The rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The bar downstairs is a lovely place to relax.
