The staff went above and beyond. We got upgraded to executive suite on 8th floor because the keys kept not working. Eventually the keys were reset and fixed and we had the best view!

We had a great stay, the beds are really comfy, location was great for what we needed, the staff was friendly and promptly resolved a small issue we had in the evening.
