The fine print
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal representatives. Please note that for any payment by cash, a valid photo ID will be asked. The property accepts passports, EU ID cards or UK Photo driving Licence only. The card used to book must be presented on arrival. Parking is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The property will pre-authorise the card used for booking to guarantee reservation for late arrivals after 18:00.

Location was a 2 minute walk away from the event we came for. Pleasant room, enough for the purpose of the visit. Staff were kind and helpful.

Great location for the arena. Room was clean and provided basic facilities. Microwave etc available in the communal eating area. Staff were friendly. Parking seemed reasonable at £8.50 a night.

Was in Sheffield for Tramlines festival. So location was ok and near to a tram stop for getting to Hillsborough Park. Room was clean. AC in room worked and effective. No problem with car parking - enough spaces . Staff were friendly and helpful and were conscientious in keeping communal areas clean. Towels changed daily, plentiful hot water and shower powerful.
