The fine print
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal representatives. Please note that for any payment by cash, a valid photo ID will be asked. Parking is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The property will pre-authorise the card used for booking to guarantee reservation for late arrivals after 18:00.

They changed us to ground floor as the lift was out of order and I have bad knees and was originally on the 4th floor. Also the helpful staff when arriving and parking.
