The location right beside the reservoir was ideal for walking- we have family in Wharncliffe Side and it was an easy walk to visit them. The cottage was secure and the electric charging facility was a welcome bonus.

This was a dream location! It was so peaceful and so close to some beautiful places. We found the cottage had everything we could want and more. They even left a bottle of prosecco and some shortbread for us, which was lovely. Very comfortable beds. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable cottage, well equipped with everything you could need. Location is perfect as a base for wandering. EV charging also a bonus. Excellent water pressure in shower. Really appreciated the fresh and clean linen and towels.

The house was very well equipped: the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the living room. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Having two bathrooms makes things much easier.
