Comfortable friendly Inn. Room very nice, comfortable & en suite facilities are good. Heating came on at 4pm so room quite cold when we arrived. Pub where we also had dinner was cool but throws provided. Bean stew was a disappointing as not many beans & a small scoop of mash. Husband’s pie meal was good. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend but take warm indoor clothes in winter.

A lovely quiet location for the August bank holiday weekend, I had the last room available on the night which was the one for people with disabilities in a block beside the main building which didn't bother me at all. It was spotless. Comfy bed and a nice spacious room were much appreciated after a longer than expected drive that day. I was just in time to order a meal which was tasty. I explored a bit the next day, deciding to go to Trevonne beach, bit further, but a really lovely beach and back then via Bude for my second night. Parking was on the main square on the 1st night and then in front of my room on the 2nd night - much appreciated as I was able to sort my bags.

Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Quality and choice of food compliments the Half Moon. We will certainly revisit.

Lovely gem of a place Fab room and shower Fantastic tasty food with plenty of choice
