The food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. A very special thanks to our amazing consultant Aya — she truly made our stay exceptional. She was always there when we needed something, handled every request with care and a smile, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her support made all the difference. We felt like VIP guests thanks to her! The overall experience was smooth and memorable — we’ll definitely come back.

First of all, a big thank you to all the Swissôtel staff, especially Monica and Ayman from customer relations. They got in touch with me even before I left Istanbul and were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived at the hotel. We truly felt their warmth and support throughout our stay. Thanks to them, we had a really lovely holiday. I definitely recommend it!
