This was my second stay at the hotel this summer, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The team consistently ensures that every guest is comfortable and satisfied, and any issue is resolved promptly, usually within minutes. In my opinion, this property exceeds the standards of many 5 star hotels I have visited, offering superior food, facilities, and service at a much better value. I would like to extend my appreciation to: Mohamed and Yehia at the beach bar for their excellent hospitality. The restaurant team Ebrahim from housekeeping for his dedication and attention to detail. Most importantly, Mr. Mohamed Abdelsalam, the Reception Manager, along with the entire reception team, whose professionalism and leadership set the tone for such a remarkable guest experience.

Everything was great! We stayed 1 week and it was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the food was good, the room was acceptable and the pool too. We hope to return soon.
