Everything was perfect: communication with the hotel management before arrival, airport pickup service, easy check-in, staff were helpful, polite, professional and friendly, food OK, swimming pool big and kept clean, beach only a few minutes by foot from the resort (there is also a shuttle service).

It was great in general but the only problem was a bad smell in the bathroom we smelled eachday in the morning and we asked the reception to send the plumber to check it but nothing was fixed and we smelled the same bad smell

Great location, pool and beach. Grounds are well kept and good gym. Shebyl and Mostafa on the desk were amazing, so kind and really looked after us. Mustapha our cleaner was very helpful and cleaned very well. The pasta chef and the head chef were very good.

staff was showing high level of engagement, smiling faces, friendly discussing with guests kids enjoyed a lot the stay and the pool, food was very nice, and rooms were clean if another opportunity will come in the future to visit SSH, i will take the same hotel

The best hotel we have ever been to. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful,rooms were clean and well equipped. The food was AMAZING, every day new variety themed night with fresh and well made ingredients. For an all inclusive buffet it exceeded every expectation. The other restaurants we tried on the hotel were also very nice. Rooms were cleaned every day and the private beach with coral reef is breathtaking. They were even so kind as to let us stay in the hotel and have dinner for free after checking out as our flight was late in the night.Overall don't think twice if you are coming to Sharm el Sheikh Sunrise Remal is the best place you can choose.

I arrived at 05:00 and was very tired, Ahmed arranged an early check-in and was very polite. I would also like to thank Mr Muhammad, FO manager, who was very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. The rooms are spacious with large balconies. There is a wide selection of food, I am vegetarian and can not comment on all the food

Staff very very helpful, welcoming and kind. You can see they strive to keep the place as clean as possible. Room was spacious enough. Noise level was extremely low - we were never bothered by any type of noise and slept very comfortably (our room was facing the kids pool). We were afraid of continuous, loud music but it really wasn't the case - well done! Food was great. We tried all restaurants and found the Egyptian the best one. Buffet was good although in our opinion could do with a bit more change every few days (but overall selection could even be less, there's really a lot of stuff). The beach is nice and tidy, there's a shuttle system but it's a 5' walk so it's fine anyways! Overall the stay was great, we relaxed, enjoyed the place and atmosphere and wish Sunrise will continue to keep it this way! Well done!

Excellent stay in nice hotel. Super facilities, excellent food, nice room, very friendly staff. Ideal place for a short stay or longer beach vacation at Red Sea. Price/quality 10/10.

This is probably the best hotel I have ever been to. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Sheml in the reception is always friendly and checks on everyone, Amr from housekeeping is very nice, Mostafa in the restaurant always makes sure you have everything you need, Haitham in the pool area always made sure I had a cocktail in my hand. There is a lot of CCTV cameras in the hotel so I always felt safe as a solo female traveller. Whenever you take a taxi/leave with someone, they get the name and number plate of the person who you left with. The beach is within walking distance but there is a free shuttle that can take you there within a few minutes. The Egyptian restaurant is really good, and they bring you a lot of different dishes to try. There is entertainment everyday in the evenings and sometimes in the afternoon as well. It felt more like a homely environment than a hotel. I will definitely be coming back here in future, and recommending it to anyone who visits Sharm El Sheikh.
