The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Theyre always smiling and willing to help wirh anything. Especially the staff at the restaurant, reception and the guy that arranges taxis. They were all great. I liked the pool as well. The hotel is only 10 mins by car to the airport and around 5 mins by car to soho square, which is the nearest town with shops and restaurants.

My stay at the hotel was amazing and the hospitality exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abd El Salam, the Reception Manager, for his treatment and follow-up throughout my stay. I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade to a pool view The staff were all very friendly and helpful The food and beverages were of good quality with a good variety animation team were very good and add fun atmosphere entertainment was excellent Beach is very nice
