I loved it! Mr Mohsen, the receptionist is very welcoming and kind. the check in and out process was super easy! This resort is the best! I spent one week in Rixos and one week in sunrise and superisingly, Sunrise diamond was so amazing and I swear I loved it way more than rixos. If you want to truly enjoy your stay, book swim up room! It's amazing. I didn't try better food that I tried in Sunrise, every dish is so delicious and quality is superb!! I will come back next May definitley

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Diamond. The check-in process was swift and seamless, and our room was consistently clean, tidy, and comfortable. The beach, sea, and swimming pool areas were impeccably maintained, offering a serene and pleasant environment throughout. A special word of appreciation goes to Kareem at the poolside, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and courteous manner truly enhanced our experience. The culinary offering was both diverse and of high quality, with the à la carte restaurants standing out—particularly the sushi venue and the exceptional Gamila restaurant. The atmosphere throughout the resort lends itself perfectly to rest and relaxation. If there were any minor areas for improvement, it would be the animation programme, which was understated with limited daytime entertainment. Furthermore, the main pool tended to be quite lively with children and families, which may be less suited to those in search of a more tranquil, adults-only setting. Nonetheless, the resort is an outstanding choice for families seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating holiday.
