When booking more than 5 rooms, additional supplements may apply. Bookings will be Non-refundable and full amount of the stay will be charged anytime.Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented upon check-in for children accompanying guests.Please note that swimming in the pool and in the sea is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Swimming in loose/cotton clothing is also not permitted.For Refundable bookings, the guest will receive Payment Gate-Way link via email to process the 01 night payment.
For Non-Refundable bookings, guests will receive Payment Gate-Way link via email to process full payment.Guests on All Inclusive Basis are entitled to dine at our A la carte restaurants free of charge not more than 05 times per one week stay (01 time for each restaurant) and 10 times per two weeks stay ( 02 times for each restaurant). Any additional bookings are extra charge. Reservation in advance is required through the terminal at Guest Relations Office. Reservations for the same day close at 17:00 Hours.Please note that Ala Carte restaurants are included for minimum 4 nights stay.À la Carte Restaurant Entitlements:
3 nights entitle for one time
4 to 6 nights are entitled to 3 à la carte reservations
7 to 13 nights are entitled to 7 à la carte reservations
14 nights or more (long stay) are entitled to unlimited à la carte reservations

Hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Pools are big and comfortable, there is a plenty of sun beds or cabanas. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Swim up room is great option if you would like to access pool whenever you want. It was our 2nd stay and we will come back again

The gardens , the swimming pools, the restaurants and the bars were very good The gardens and the soundings were very clean . The personnel of the pools , the restaurants and the public relations were very polite .

Our stay at the Steigenberger Alcazar in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, Lydia, the manager, went above and beyond to make our holiday truly unforgettable. The food was excellent – the buffet offered a huge variety of fresh and delicious dishes, and the à la carte restaurants were simply exquisite. Everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The resort itself is immaculate. The pools are always clean and inviting, and the golf cart service makes it so easy to move around the vast property. We also loved the football field right by the beach – a unique touch you rarely find in other resorts. Every evening, there was live entertainment and shows that made the atmosphere vibrant and fun. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sea, or watching the performances at night, there was never a dull moment. The service, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality made us feel truly special. In short, this is not just a resort – it’s an unforgettable luxury experience in Sharm El Sheikh that we would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Decent pools and good al carte restaurants Limoni was fantastic , booked a swim up room which was convenient with small children. Some staff were friendly and made the stay more enjoyable- Hasan from housekeeping , Ramadaan in main restaurant and Ali at Lemoni did a great job :)
