Lovely resort with lots of different areas to explore. Staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. The manager Mohammad really looked after us and the other staff were just amazing.

We recently stayed at Sentido Reef Oasis in Sharm El Sheikh, and our experience was a mix of wonderful moments and noticeable disappointments. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, with service that truly stands out. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Abdelhadi and Mr. Zaki from reception for their professionalism and kindness, and to Ms. Nihal for her warm smile in the dining room. The food is simply amazing, offering a great variety with excellent flavors. The beach is fantastic, and Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Mohamad made our transfers to the beach smooth and easy — much appreciated. The water park adds a lot of fun for families. Rooms are spacious, cleaning is good, and overall service is outstanding.

The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. All the food was brilliant and the children loved the mocktails! The pools were clean and a wide variety. It was never too busy. The snorkelling was great but so sad to see the vast damage done by tourists. We will return!!

We spent our family holiday here with a large group of 22 people and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach and sea. The variety of facilities available on site is impressive, and the staff were always attentive, friendly, and responsive. Despite the size of our group, the hotel managed to accommodate our specific requests right from check-in. Rooms were clean and recently renovated
