The fine print
Guests will enjoy access to The Royal Lounge offering complimentary high speed internet and selection of international newspapers and magazines. Welcome drink and a snack are offered upon arrival. Breakfast, midday snacks, traditional afternoon tea, pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres and canapes are also offered. The Royal Lounge operates from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM.A prior reservation is mandatory for a la carte restaurants.

I have really enjoyed the room, territory, and facilities. I would like to personally thank Ahmed (who worked in the Royal restaurant) for his help and organization of everything. Personal overall was helpful and respectful. Another thing to mention is that the territory has a lot of flowers which create an amazing and delightful smell all the time. Another thing: there is a shopping mall in walking distance (~600m) where you can find a lot of useful shops and just another ~100m and you will access a street with a lot of shops and restaurants.

Wonderfully attentive staff especially at Royale. Brilliant waiters and chefs. Superb food and private beach and restaurant was a real bonus. Huge room beautifully kitted out.

The Royal Lounge is a class apart and that is what you are paying for. There is a Royal private beach area which is uncrowded and has cabanas and comfortable sun beds. The staff in the resort are very friendly and customer focussed. In the Royal Lounge Ahmed and Nabil ( chef) were unhand to take our orders for the day - including our preferences for the a la carte restaurants. Reception staff were unhand and knew us. They were happy to transport us to our room at night as it was too far for my husband to walk. Our suite had 2 balconies that overlooked the sea but had shade. The gardens are beautiful and the gardeners are dedicated. Cleaning staff are friendly and courteous.
