The property provides everything you need and want. The customer service is amazing.. I lost my expensive hat in the communal areas and this was swiftly handed in to lost property so very grateful. In particular the service received from Sohaila who will go above and beyond expectations of great customer service. Her skills in this role are very valuable and I hope her management know this.

We had an unforgettable 10-day stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel was spotless, the food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team (Kerim, Ahmad, Abdelrahman, Reham, Nabila, Anastasia, Anait & Chico) – they made every day so much fun! DJ Mandela kept the dancefloor alive every night – the best DJ we’ve ever experienced! Special thanks to Nubi, Mounir & Mohamed at the pool bar for the great cocktails and care, and to Mehmet Ali & Saif in the restaurant for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, big appreciation to the lifeguards, especially Ayman & Youssef, for their attention and kindness towards our little one.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Exceptional Service – Especially from Sohaila! We had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Sohaila. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — always attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. Her dedication and personal touch truly made us feel at home. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful — the food and cleanliness were excellent, and Suhaila at the beach side building reception made everything even better with her kindness and professionalism. She truly made us feel at home
