We stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food, à la carte restaurants, and all the hotel services were simply excellent. After a terrible experience at Radamis, arriving here felt like a relief—we were so glad we made the switch. From now on, this will be our first choice for future stays. A special thank you to Ms. Huda for her exceptional hospitality and helpfulness throughout our stay; she truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere.

We had the best week away at this hotel. Food was great, we ate at People’s, Brazilian, BBQ and twice at the Asian as we all loved it! All the restaurants were great. Their workers are a credit to the hotel, from housekeeping, poolside guys and the lifeguards! My only slight negative was the kids club and kids evening entertainment. We are used to a more intimate/interactive club where we would feel comfortable to leave our children but this was a free roam around which didn’t make me feel comfortable to leave, and the evening entertainment was generally based in the kids club too and we sat on kids chairs watching! I’m sure this suits some parents but for us it didn’t. But this didn’t put any negative on our trip at all! Would recommend to anyone
