Very well built, activities etc keeping us entertained. Staff were friendly, shout out to Rowan for everything she did to make our trip memorable. One shout and she was there, made sure we were all okay and enjoying. She needs a PAY RISE!

I had a wonderful stay at the Regency Plaza. Everything went perfectly. The place is truly ideal for a family vacation. I would happily return. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism, warm welcome, and excellent work of Muhammad Elsharkawy, the manager of the restaurants. He is an outstanding manager, and the hotel is very lucky to have him. He takes great care of the guests, answers all questions, and is always willing to help. He is truly an asset to the establishment. I would also like to mention Ibrahim from the main pool staff, who did an amazing job with the children, always smiling and in a great mood. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Regency Plaza Aqua Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, great pools, and a fun aqua park — perfect for both relaxation and family activities. A special thank you to Osman at the front office, who was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. He made check-in smooth and easy, answered all of our questions, and was always there with a smile whenever we needed anything. His service truly made a difference in our stay. I would also like to mention Osama, our housekeeper, who was amazing with our family. He was always helpful, friendly, and caring, especially with the children. He made sure our room was always clean and comfortable, and he was genuinely attentive to anything we needed. Thanks to the great team at Regency Plaza, especially Osman and Osama, we had a fantastic and memorable holiday. We would definitely love to come back again!
