Please note that all Egyptians must present a marriage certificate upon check-in. Swimming in “the pool or in the sea” is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Swimming in loose/cotton clothing is not permitted. Children may be placed at the resort Due to sharing our resorts facilities. Honeymoon Offer room will be requested to show upon arrival a marriage certificate with a maximum three months from the date of issue.Children 12 years old & above consider as an adult & will pay full adult rate.
Supplement for children under 12 years old will be calculated according to the hotel policy. All guests have free access until 17:30 to the features at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Beach & Aqua Park features, Swimming Pools. Capitano Beach Restaurant (Lunchtime), Red Sky Lounge (Coffee & Sweets), Free access to Hard Rock including one Drink per stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to all major attractions. A special thank you to Mohamed Homos as a hotel management and Samir Mohamed from restaurant and his entire team for their outstanding service. Mohamed’s professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out, and the restaurant staff were equally attentive and kind. Every meal was a delight, and the service was top-notch. This experience exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and unforgettable hospitality.
