Please note that all Egyptians must present a marriage certificate upon check-in. Swimming in “the pool or in the sea” is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Swimming in loose/cotton clothing is not permitted. Children may be placed at the resort Due to sharing our resorts facilities. Honeymoon Offer room will be requested to show upon arrival a marriage certificate with a maximum three months from the date of issue.Children 12 years old & above consider as an adult & will pay full adult rate.
Supplement for children under 12 years old will be calculated according to the hotel policy. All guests have free access until 17:30 to the features at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Beach & Aqua Park features, Swimming Pools. Capitano Beach Restaurant (Lunchtime), Red Sky Lounge (Coffee & Sweets), Free access to Hard Rock including one Drink per stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Everything was very very good. I have never seen anything like this resort. First, the reception manager, Mr. Mohammed, he is a very respectful person and he always communicates with you to know if you need anything and he solves everything for you. Second, the employees do not wait for you to ask them for something. They offer to do it for you if you need anything. Third, the resort is very, very organized and beautiful. Fourth, the food was excellent. Thank you Mr Mohamed and thanks for everyone working in this resort.

Hotel was very clean and a really nice stay. However , the food wasn’t much variety at meal times. You are allowed to use the much better Laguna Vista across the road which has much better facilities/food/ pools and entertainment.. The Laguna park is really quiet.. There wasn’t any ice cream stations or ice cream for the kids, no pool bar or food at the Laguna park, only across the road at the Vista resort, and you can only use until 6pm. All in all, if you’re going to go to this resort, I’d boo the vista not park.

Everything was excellent, location, facilities, value for money. We were in the sister hotel across the street but accessing all facilities which was great, letting us stay in a calm hotel but benefiting from all inclusive accommodation and activities.

The hotel itself is looking great. It’s not like your usual huge hotel - there are 2 floor houses which in my option is great choice. Rooms are massive, comfortable and clean. Staff around the hotel you can see they’re working hard and are always helpful even if some of them don’t speak English well. It’s much quieter than sister hotel on the opposite site of the road which is advantage and disadvantage as you can relax better i. Food was tasty, however, not much choice. Breakfast was same everyday although lunch and dinner varied which was great. I’ve seen people comparing about drinks in Egypt but both of us were happy of what we had although still not much of a choice- we sticked to Mohito, beer and Gin. We’ve been invited for romantic dinner last night in hotel which was really nice of them. We’ve enjoyed it and had lovely time. We were told we can do late check out till 2pm for free and use all amenities which we were glad for. All together not bad for the price, however, we wouldn’t come back just as couple. Maybe if there was more of us but still probably would look for a diffrent hotel.

The staff and the facilities are amazing there's literally absolutely everything you could possibly need to have an amazing stay lovely staff great and entertainment amazing rooms just 100% all round,.I've been to many many hotels ,none have impressed me as much as Laguna club and ther team

Friendly and competent service and a multitude of sporting and other activities. Nice fitness center and Padel courts. Beach chairs always available. Shallow-water beach especially good for parents with young children who want to relax.

Exceptionally accomodating & professional staff (especially Mohammed at the Club's front desk, and lifeguard Hussein R. at Laguna Vista Beach). The food was also delicious and varying, while the rooms were clean. The only issue we had was with a noisy neighbor, which was solved instantly. No wonder this hotel is one if the best rated in Sharm!
