The Room.. They made free upgrade for us which was amazing, staff are very helpful specialy Mr. Momen mostafa in the receiption, Abdulla in the mediternian resturant, mahmoud in the pool bar, Mohamed sayed Golf car driver all of them were super friendly.

Guys! Never ever think to come to this hotel, its not 5 stars hotel, its 1000 STARS! Dont come because you will feel bad when you leave it. (I swear more than 50 times in sharm and first time i feel more than home) I dont know from where to begin describing everything! I arrived early, the guy in Reception Samer Mamdouh tried his best for early checkin. Was so nice from him, and he took care about us each minute. as well all the other reception guysz They always took care about us to have a wonderful stay! They guys in the restaurant try always the best to make your breakfast, lunch, dinner service as home and even better. ( from the time u enter the restaurant tell u finish ur food , all eyes on u) The pasta chef 👨🍳, i can be honest and say never ate such a nice pasta even in Italy! Cleanliness is sooooo good! Room service was perfect! U cant get anything in a minute. Delicious food everyday with different dishes. Sea 😭😭 is amazinggggggggg , my family been here 2 times , and never went to the sea, now i can understand what they lost! Room big and super clean. I have to write more and more about each one But next stay i will do. I will come back soon! And always, never ever another hotel.

Large space of land. Private bus to the private beach. Everything was included — didn’t have to worry. Staff tried their best to cater for our allergies and dietary restrictions. Chef Anil was the best!! Best chef I’ve come across — able to make all kinds of dishes which can be catered for pure vegetarians (no meat, no fish, no eggs) and additionally, no onion, no garlic too. He fed us nicely. Chef Ibriham was also very kind to us and told us we could go to him for anything and he would make anything for us. Unfortunately we couldn’t find him after the first time of meeting him therefore couldn’t go through with anything further.
