We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are excellent, with large, clean pools that are perfect both for relaxing and for family fun. The all-inclusive package was great, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty food and drinks. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely view. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday that left us with the best impressions — we would definitely come back!

Cleanliness: Room cleanliness was excellent, and any missing items were promptly provided by housekeeping. Public restrooms, the lobby, and the pool restroom were very clean, and the other hotel restrooms maintained a high level of cleanliness. Staff & Service: Outstanding service from all staff, from reception to transport drivers, waiters, and pool attendants. Everyone was polite, helpful, and respectful, especially the golf cart drivers who, despite being few, were always friendly and smiling. Restaurants & Food: Main restaurant dinner was good, with greater variety on weekends. Desserts and cakes were delicious and not just for display. Moroccan "Tagine" restaurant was an excellent experience with great food, available for one free booking per guest. Breakfast was varied and satisfying (pancakes, bread, omelets, eggs…), except for juices which could be improved. Lunch was average but met expectations; the snack bar near the rooms was very tasty. Aqua Park & Pools: A huge variety of slides and pools for all ages, including special areas for children and toddlers. Access to the Aqua Park and facilities of the neighboring Albatros Aqua Blu hotel was included, with free food and drinks. Lifeguards were present at every slide, with good organization and clear rules for single or group use. Entertainment: Daily activities at the pool (yoga, ball games, dancing, and other sports) and evening shows at the large theater, plus children’s shows and occasional lobby performances. Wi-Fi: Relatively good (8/10), with occasional slowdowns, but sufficient for normal use. Location: Situated in Hadaba, 5 minutes from the Dolphin area, 15 minutes from Naama Bay, and 30 minutes from Soho Square. Value for Money: Very good compared to the services and facilities provided. Lobby Bar: Excellent service and delicious drinks, with special mention to Ahmed for his outstanding hospitality.
