The staff so great and friendly i'd like to thank Mr. AHMED WAHDAN specifically from reception staff how he was helpful and he assisted me in all my requirements.. Thanks Tarek and room service staff for amazing welocming and being decent all the time , also the staff of fhe aquapark and how they are working with love and smile.

Raving Review of Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort (Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt) Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars! A Perfect Family Getaway! We have just returned from our holiday at the Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort and we were extremely satisfied! This hotel surpassed all our expectations and gave us truly unforgettable memories. Staff and Service (5/5) The service at the hotel is genuinely outstanding. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. We especially want to give a shout-out to the employee at the reception desk, Ahmed Mustafa. His professionalism, friendliness, and quick resolution of any issue made our check-in and stay so comfortable. Employees like him truly make you feel like a valued guest! Cleanliness and Comfort (5/5) The hotel is absolutely sparkling clean! The grounds, the pools, and most importantly, our rooms were always spotless. Housekeeping was thorough and punctual. Dining (Food) (5/5) The food deserves separate praise! The selection of dishes is huge and incredibly varied, ranging from local delicacies to European cuisine. There were always fresh fruits, vegetables, and an excellent choice of meat and fish. Everything was very tasty and high-quality; it's impossible to go hungry here! Summary We wholeheartedly recommend the Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and worry-free holiday, especially families with children (the aqua park is magnificent!). This is definitely a place we want to return to. A massive thank you to the entire team for our wonderful vacation!

I really liked how the rooms were super clean and everyone was really friendly, ibrahim and Mohammed kamil were super sweet and smily. My room was 3217 such a nice location super close to the restaurant and the reception

First of all we were here for a second time. The stuff for the lobby and bar etc. were really kind and helpfull. All the facilities were clean and good enough. There are many pools that surrounded by the aqua park for the kids and adults. New VR game place has opened and its for free. 4 restaurants and 5-6 bars they have. Everytime you can find some places open to eat or drink. Probably we ll come back again for next year. Thank you to the Hotel Managment also..
