The hotel is large, with beautiful public areas and abundant greenery, creating a strong vacation vibe. The exclusive beach for the Regency Club features white fine sand—staff constantly clean up stones and seashells and smooth the sand throughout the day, making it very comfortable to walk on. There’s no need for a towel card to get towels; staff proactively help lay them out, and after doing so, each group is given an insulated box with drinking water and beverages. Servers also check in regularly to ask if you need drinks, and there are light snacks available, such as sandwiches, pastries, chips, and fruits. The snorkeling here is also the best in the entire hotel’s sea area, with plenty of corals and schools of fish—we even spotted manta rays two days in a row. The Regency Club has an exclusive breakfast restaurant with fewer people, where staff take the initiative to ask about your needs. The hotel’s public beach has yellow sand that feels a bit gritty underfoot. There are drinks, snacks, and ice cream available near the beach, as well as paid items like fresh-squeezed juices and sandwiches. The Star Bar in the lobby is open all day, while the beachfront Sunset Bar operates from sunset until evening—both serve quite good drinks. The Thai restaurant offers delicious food, and hotel guests can enjoy a 20% discount, making it very cost-effective. Although the rooms are somewhat old, they are well-maintained. The bedding is excellent, meeting international five-star standards, the room space is large, and the Regency Club rooms boast great views. Some staff members are not very enthusiastic, but they do respond to requests when needed.

It’s a big hotel but never seemed crowded and could always find space on your own. The hotel staff around the beach, pools and in the restaurants were amazing. The coral reef off the beach was amazing - just disappointing to see some hotel guests where standing on it - maybe more education from the hotel on how precious a coral reef is with information in the rooms and more signs? Food was very good and fresh and the guy cooking the fresh pasta needs a special mention as he produced some amazing dishes.
