We had a very good stay at the hotel. The service was smooth and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. A special mention to Mr. Mohamed Shaban at the reception, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He guided us through the hotel facilities with great patience and also helped us with useful recommendations for places around the area. His assistance truly made our stay more enjoyable.

All the staff were amazing. Especially Khalid and Mahmoud in the reception. They were joyful, friendly, and professional. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for two extra days. Additionally, the food there was perfectly delicious from the breakfast to the Kona Kai restaurant. Last but not least I want to thank Mr Amin for looking after our room and making sure it looks more beautiful every time he cleans it.
