Everything was beyond perfection. I would like to thank Mina Awny and Diyaa for their friendly smiles and help from the moment we first entered the hotel. I would also like to thank Muhammed, who is in charge of our room cleaning, for his help and attention. Everything was above my expectations. We stay here at the Jaz Neo several times a year. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff work tirelessly to make sure the guests are happy. The restaurant has lots of choices for guests and the chefs are available for any ideas and suggestions and will go out their way to assist with dietary requirements. It’s in a great location and it is the perfect place if you want a relaxing vacation with great atmosphere. The rooms are modern, comfy and kept very clean.

The food was very good, especially the Egyptian dishes and desserts. The rooms were nice, clean, and the room service was excellent. The staff was very cooperative. The evening show was decent.

Everything! The staff were the heart of this experience – so warm, kind, and welcoming that they truly became a second family to me. Whether at reception, the restaurant, housekeeping, or the animation team, everyone made me feel special. A special mention to Fatima, Aicha, Ahmed, Mahmoud, and Sayed …. thank you for your smiles and energy! The food was delicious, the activities were so fun we never got bored, and the hotel is beautiful and super clean. It was simply perfect.
