The layout, the green grounds and scenery. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. I have to give special mention to Mr. Hanna who made contact with me prior to our arrival to offer his help and gave us comprehensive information about the hotel and facilities. Special mention also to Mr Mahmoud at reception who was very helpful and tried his best to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. I would like us to give credit to Mr. Mahmoud at Sayadeya restaurant and Miss Maha at the café/bar.. all the facilities, including the supply of hot water in the rooms was to a high standard.

Sooooo, I have a million things yo say about Jaz, the staff are very helpful, I did not come with my luggage, the front desk was willing to help me make calls to the airport. The staff see you carrying your bags and offer to help immediately, we did not have hotel water and called and they came and got it working in minutes. I love the food so much, don't try to eat everything at once, so you can enjoy different course each day. Look for omar by the 24 hours bar, he is the very best. Then I missed breakfast, there gave me something nice to eat. Jaz has food to eat all the tim, all the tine. I am checking out to another resort. I wishhhhhi didnt have to. Thank you so much jaz, we will definitely come again

Fantastic stay! Amazing hotel with a beautiful beach and easy sea access. Tasty food, friendly staff, and very clean, well-kept grounds - thanks to the gardeners! Everything was fantastic!
