Lovely complex with amazing staff Just returned from my visit to Redsina Sharm The complex has everything on it that you need, plenty options for bars & restaurants to choose from. The staff are one of the main highlights in my opinion of this resort, they are truly unbelievable and are so friendly and helpful and always smiling and want to assist you however they can, Big shout out to sobhy & Amr from reception. The Hotel Manager appeared behind the staff and introduced himself and just wanted to take the time to personally thank me for my custom and asked if everything was good with my stay which I advised 100% happy and I would be back for again for sure. Thought it was a nice touch from him to have a quick personal chat with me before I departed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel . Huseyin from the entertainment team really what a nice guy. The lovely girl Alona in the guest service office is very cute with a babe face. The food was great , big thank you to the chef Ilker Rabab at the restaurant, what an active lady with professional performance. well equipped Health club. The room was cleaned well daily with an amazing view. Finally , We have never had an All Inclusive & excellent service experience like this! Really it exceeds our previous experience in Magic Life Kalawy in Hurghada

I can confidently say that Magic Life Redsina Sharm El Sheikh is a standout destination for families, couples, and adventure seekers alike. The warm welcome we received from every member of the staff at the reception made us feel instantly at home. The team is incredibly professional and attentive, Special mention also goes to Sobhy. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay would be nothing short of perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and cleaned daily to a high standard, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The hotel also has a clean and beautiful private beach. The beach area was well organized, peaceful, and very clean, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with great cleanliness.

Employees were so kind and helpful. Especially Hotel Manager Mr. Erkan was easy to reach and always supportive. Other than that, hotel was clean, kitchen was successful. Facilities by the pool and beach was enough.
