Very attentive and friendly staff. Hady at reception really took care of us. He upgraded us to a family suite/villa on arrival so we could all be together with our friends. The food was good and the staff couldn't do enough. The spa was amazing - massages are a must. And it was amazing to have the pier/reef for snorkeling at the hotel beach. Just amazing!!

I like how we are greeted when you arrive to the hotel and when leaving. The staff are polite, helpful and quick to answer any queries or resolve any issues in relation to our iron not working and seeking help with hand scale for our baggage. They were helpful at both times
