I want to say that I have stayed at this hotel five times already, and each time I enjoy it more and more. I would like to recommend Ahmad from the hotel’s reception desk. He is a very friendly, polite, and helpful guy. He called me every day to ask if everything was okay and if he could help us with anything we needed. His service is simply amazing. In addition, I want to mention Ahmad, the guy who was responsible for the cleaning in the building. He was very helpful and always asked if I needed anything or if I needed any assistance. It’s important for me to point out that I have been in the hotel and tourism business for over 25 years, and I deeply understand what good service means and how difficult it is to provide. It was simply amazing thanks to these people

Everything was perfect. We loved our stay. At the reception all the receptionist are very helpful, nice. Specially Andrew is the best. Our room was clean, Mr. Mustafa did great his job. Very polite, nice. The staff in the Main restaurant, cooks, waiters are the best very communicative, helpful, they work hard. We had also the dinner in Indian restaurant, all the staff is the best... Actually all the personal were top of the top. Everybody are really friendly. We would go back, just because of the staff. Otherwise for family vacation this is the best choice. We went also in the other Charmillion hotel, by the sea. Also there is perfect. We really recommend this hotel for hodilays in Sharm El Sheikh.

Had an amazing family vacation at Charmillion Aquapark! Everything was beautiful and fun. The hotel staff, rooms everything was more than expected. Highly recommended for families! Good catering buffet with plenty of choice and variety excellent desserts.I can say, they are professional and top hospitality, and a big thanks to Mr. Andrew Magdi he take care of us during our stay, he is the right person in the right place, keep up the goid work Andrew.
