Hotel and location is very good. Very good views. Lagoon view side is very soothing and comfortable. Room service is not that much better. It could have been better.

Best hotel in service I lived in many hotels. My phone was lost in a taxi the guy in car valet fix it so fast! Room service good! Housekeeping good! Perfect view and position to stay!

I like this hotel the staff was very kind and friendly the room and bathroom was spacious with good view. The breakfast was very good with various kinds of foods. The cleanliness of the hotel from reception to the rooms was excellent.

Loved the breakfast. Few of the electronics in the room were faulty. Overall great experience. 👍. Room size was superb. The sofa cum bed was awesome.

Great view of the lagoon. Room was spacious and facilities were of high quality. All very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Corniche was accessible by foot but involves navigating across the road and over a large unmade car-park! Overall, it's a very decent hotel at a competitive price.

Good location, considering my morning drive to and from Dubai airport. Went against traffic, 12min both ways. The hotel is very spacious and loaded with mindful art statues and paintings. Good taste and perfectly clean. We got an upgrade to sweet room, which was enormous and smelled fresh. I liked the tea options, good drinking water, comfortable beds and enormous sofa-bed. 24h mini market is few steps from hotel. Did not have time to explore more.

Stayed in room 405 over 7 nights at this hotel. Customer service is exceptional. Hospitality exceptional. The manager of the hotel Fadi asked if their were any suggestions to make for a better stay. This suggests that this hotel from the Manager down is not frightned but welcome constructive criticism. No! There is not suggestions to make my stay better. It was GREAT. Special mention goes to Personal Trainer Samir. Wealth of knowledge and very relatable. Yaaub on the front desk was very considerate and allowed for my family to check in early. Nauman the car attendant very helpful indeed. Sean from the restaurant was very helpful. Thanks Pullman SHARJAH, we had a great time.

I love the bathroom in our hotel room; it's spotless, ideal, and soothing. I appreciate how the staff has upgraded our hotel, I appreciate it. I also adore the wellness spa. It's a comprehensive package. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi work together perfectly! The Wellness Spa staff were also very accommodating to us.
