My friend and I recently had an event to attend in Weston-on -Trent. We wanted to stay in accommodation which was close by and found that Holden House in Shardlow was that perfect location! Anna and Andy were wonderful Hosts and made our stay there extremely enjoyable. Thankyou so much to you both for accommodating our later than planned arrival. The whole room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Everything had been thought of. We will definitely book Holden House again for future trips to Weston-on -Trent. Thankyou Anna and Andy for giving us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a prime location to discover the beautiful Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire countryside. We had the best breakfast too. It was more than delicious!

Room was good and the landlord locked bike in garage for night. Although room abutting road I did not awake during night to noise even with the windows open. This was a B@B so everything is more personnalised than your budget hotels.

The host was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, pleasant and well presented, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch, and I greatly appreciated the 20% discount on meals at the local pub. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
