David and Rosemary were very helpful before we got there and during our stay. Very welcoming a real home from home for us. Positioned in a nice area easy access to the beach and transport, and just right distance from/to the nightlife.

A good location in Shanklin. Breakfast was excellent, hot and well cooked with a good choice in the menu. We had a good welcome on arrival and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Everything was lovely, and the best we could have hoped for. Rosemary & David were perfect 'hosts'; leaving us to do our thing, but at the same time making sure we were comfortable. Bed was luxurious, shower room as clean as one could wish for. We will be coming back!

David and Rosemary were hosts to my parents for 6 days and mum and dad couldn't speak more highly about them. The facilities were great, clean and comfortable and mum said it felt very homely. Breakfast was amazing and they will definitely stay again.
